Multifamily Project Manager

Position Overview
As a Multifamily Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and adhering to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project and other planning tools
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion within specified time and budget
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate project updates to all stakeholders
  • Administer AOR (Architect of Record) and Construction contracts
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily ground-up construction projects
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Procore construction management software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
