This award winning general contractor is headquartered in St. Louis and boasts a sizeable book of longstanding, repeat clients in the private market. They are looking for a savvy and efficient Senior Project Manager to join their Healthcare group servicing a $40M+ portoflio with a healthy backlog that is continuing to grow!

Job Description

• Overseeing and directing personnel on site and maintaining communication with the owners throughout the entire process
• Managing work specific to the Healthcare Division in office and on-site
• Managing the financial budget and trajectory of the project from start to finish
• Works with Project Manager and Project Safety manager to ensure that all safety expectations are met and thoroughly executed
• Responsible for managing all labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
• Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain appropriate documentation through project

The Successful Applicant

• 10-15 years of Project Management experience in healthcare industry
• Bachelor's Degree (construction related degree preferred)
• Good organizational & communication skills
• Leadership characteristics and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individual
