Concrete Laborer

Join our dynamic team as a concrete laborer in our pool construction company. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the creation of beautiful and durable swimming pools. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on work, this position is perfect for you.

Location: Plymouth, MN

Wage: $20 - $30/hr.

Hours: 6:30 am start time, Monday - Friday

Duties of the Concrete Laborer:

• Assist in the preparation and setup of pool construction sites
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete for pool foundations and structures
• Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces
• Install reinforcing materials, such as rebar or wire mesh
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements of the concrete laborer:

• Experience in concrete work or construction preferred
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices
• Lift and carry heavy materials up to 100 lbs.
