Job Description
Job Title: Civil Project ManagerJob Description
The Civil Project Manager will work with the Construction Structural and Architecture (CSA) team to build a manufacturing facility for the production of Semi Trucks. This role requires the Civil Project Manager to wear multiple hats, including taking on the responsibilities of an Architecture Project Manager when needed. - Lead a team consisting of Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft workers - Promote a safe and quality-driven culture - Conduct constructability reviews of design packages - Identify project risks and opportunities and actively manage them throughout the project life cycle - Interface with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams - Ensure all RFIs are incorporated into final Record drawings at project close-out - Ensure Change Control Management is adhered to for all new scopes of work This role will likely transition to a full-time position after 3 months.
