Concrete Laborer

Are you experienced in concrete work and looking for an exciting opportunity in pool construction? We are seeking skilled concrete laborers to join our team. This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work on high-quality pool projects.

Location: New Hope, MN

Wage: $20 - $30/hr.

Hours: 6:30 AM start time, Monday - Friday

Duties of the concrete laborer:

• Perform concrete work for pool construction, including mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Assist in the preparation of job sites, including setting forms and rebar
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site

Requirements of the concrete laborer:

• Previous experience in concrete labor, preferably in pool construction
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction plans
• Strong physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation to job sites
