EMC Mechanical Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our Construction team. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project financials and maintaining clarity throughout the lifespan of a project.

What You'll Do:
* Lead turnover to production.
* Forecast project revenue.
* Transfer information over to Billing Specialist.
* Create and manage all purchase orders and subcontracts.
* Build submittal logs.
* Release and schedule equipment for delivery upon submittal approval.
* Build schedule of values for billing.
* Order and schedule equipment rental for field use.
* Attend job site progress meetings.
* Price all change orders and maintain change over logs in Sage.
* Write all RFIs.
* Make adjustments in accounting software as project progresses.
* Maintain cost to complete forecasting.
* Prepare and submit final billing.
* Review and submit TAB report.
* Upon project closeout, hold post-project review (PPR)
* Go over items that Estimating missed.
* Summarize wins and losses.
* Review the customer's, Superintendent's, and Assistant Project Manager's ease to work with and determine priorities for future projects.
* Collect review from EMC's Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager.
* Follow up with customer when retainage is billed.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
* 10+ years of industry-related experience is required.
* Mechanical, plumbing, and BAS/DDC system knowledge is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore.
* Knowledge of CAD/BIM.
* Driving Requirements
* Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
* Must have positive points on state driving record.
* Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
* Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
* All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
* Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
