We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time maintenance Service Technician based out of the Gilroy, CA area. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified, and will work for the Service department.
General Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - Cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
- Working well independently with little or no supervision
- Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment's notice, in case of emergencies
- Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Schedule: Five (5) days a week, rotating schedule including holidays and weekends
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required
- This person's territory will cover the In-N-Out Burger stores in the San Jose, CA to Seaside, CA region; Preferred if individual lives in close proximity to the Gilroy area
- Travel is required (25%)
- Pay Range is $34.25 - $41.00 per hour
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Qualifications
- Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
- 'Soda Fountain' and trade school experience is a plus
- Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs
- A valid Driver's License
