Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Restaurants/Interiors - Baltimore will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day on-site construction activities, specifically for framing
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Monitoring construction to ensure it adheres to plans
• Coordinating the subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
• Working closely with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules
• Monitoring project budgets and expenses
• Identifying and resolving issues

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Commercial Restaurants/Interiors - Baltimore will have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in construction
• Can either be an Assistant Superintendent or a Project Superintendent by trade
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Eager to be a part of a team, cares about the direction of the growing business
