Legal counsel (Commercial)

LEGAL COUNSEL - TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS

My client is a technology company headquartered in London with huge international presence.

The business is growing and scalable with a good-sized legal team. They are looking for a competent and personable lawyer (c. 8-10 years PQE+) to join them.

Reporting into the General Counsel you will have a junior lawyer reporting directly into you.

The profile of person they are considering will be a commercial lawyer who is working in-house now. The successful candidate will have a tech background having worked for a tech/IT company. You will be comfortable working in broad advisory capacity and partnering closely with the business.

The team are friendly and approachable with a down to earth attitude. Everyone mucks in to get the job done so you must be someone who thrives in this type of environment.

Culturally there is great trust and flexiblity and it is an adult working environment. There is good hybrid working with 1-2 days a week in their offices in London.

They are a fast paced, rapidly evolving business who are privately owned. They offer longetvity of role along with security and stablity.
