Youll be the friendly face at their Tech Bar, helping customers with their tech issues and how do I questions.

- Provide support at the Tech Bar.
- Assist with hardware and software issues.
- Be an expert on specific tech products.
- Develop training programs and create help guides.
- Hardware:Laptops, desktops, printers, Apple devices.
- Technologies:Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, M365.
- People Skills:Customer-facing, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking.
- Desirable Qualifications:Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
