Yard Operative Van Driver

Infinity Employmentare looking for aYard Operativewith a forklift certificate and B Licence for a permanent position with our client based nearHorsham. The role will be working for a Construction materials company and will be delivering their products across the south.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a full time permanent contract. The work will require you to be physically fit due to unloading and loading customer vehicles as well as the companies own van's and HGV. Work will typically be Monday - Friday.

Requirements

• Previous Yard Experience
• B licence
• Strong work ethic, always looking to help out and work well within the team.
• Professionalism and who will promote and adhere to the company's values
• Is prepared to develop a knowledge of the company, its products and the elements required to be successfully employed in the business
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and methodical
• Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated and adaptable
• Good product knowledge within the Industry (ideally experience within a builders merchants or trade)
• Basic literacy & numeracy skills
• Forklift preferable however this can be trained and is not a necessity to start.

Job Package

• Starting Salary of £27,111 depending on experience.
• Overtime when required
• 07.30 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
• 44 hours per week
• Pension Scheme
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 07.30 - 17.00 plus 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00 - 12.00 = 44.5 hours per week.
