Overview

Carter Rolan Group are recruiting for a full time permanent HR Specialist (standalone) to join a manufacturing business in Telford, TF3 area. If you are a super 'hands on' HR Specialist, it is a highly exciting time to join the business as they are going through mega transformational change!

Your new HR Specialist role

Reporting into the MD, part of the Senior leadership team, this is a standalone position where you will be the face of HR, responding to all HR related queries and being the first point of contact. Duties range from day to day HR administration all the way to writing contracts, putting HR policies and procedures in place, workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment and much more.

What you will need to succeed in this HR Specialist role

• An astute and capable HR professional
• Manufacturing / FMCG / Packaging experience is highly desirable
• Used to working in a busy working environment, where no one day is the same
• Adept at meeting tight deadlines
• A will do attitude
