Building Surveyor

I am working with a social housing provider based in the Cambridgeshire region who are looking for a Building Surveyor on a 6 month contract. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out repairs surveys. This role is predominately based in Cambridgeshire but you will be required to travel to South Wales once every few weeks to survey some stock there.

Role duties:

• Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
• Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
• Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service.

Requirements for the Building Surveyor vacancy:

• HNC Qualified Building surveyor (or demonstrable experience)
• Experience in investigative building surveying
• Experience in diagnosing Damp/ Mould issues
