Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Social Housing experience who would like to join a multi award winning property maintenance company?

Key responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Managing the monthly CVR Process for your region.
• Lead and manage the performance of a well established team of colleagues which include, two QS's and two Commercial Admin's.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
• Ensure all invoices submitted accurately and for certified value to ensure payments are received on time.
• Support your team to value and authorise payments to sub-contractors within the region
• Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements.

I would love to hear from the Quantity Surveyor who has:

• Social Housing experience
• Full UK driving license
