Handyperson

We are looking for an experienced Handyperson in Lichfield, who is skilled in snagging plots and remedial works who is able to start on Monday 2nd September.
You will be:

• Snagging plots; anything from mastic work to hanging a door, to putting a cupboard on etc
• Basic plastering/joinery and general handy work
• Patching, carpentry and painting
• Working 45 hours a week as standard, Monday to Friday, Saturdays are available should you wish to work extra hours.
• Working until the end of October.

You will have:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools and PPE
• Experience in a similar role
• Able to commute to and from Lichfield
• Able to commit to an 8 week contract
• Able to provide two references

You will get:

• Negotiable hourly rate based on your experience
• Weekly pay and various pay options to suit
• 8 week contract
