Job Description

Sales Administrator / Engineer Administrator / Service Administrator required to join a leading International Compressed Air Manufacturer.

Sales Administrator / Engineer Administrator / Service Administrator shall work from home and be responsible for processing quotations and scheduling the Sales Engineers work, provide support to the management team, liaise with customers and the engineering team. Full product training provided.

The successful Sales Administrator / Engineer Administrator / Service Administrator will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, pricing, invoicing or similar customer service role in engineering.

The successful candidate MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish or French or Italian.

Must Have a strong knowledge of Incoterms and preferrably lead a team of people or provided training to other staff members.

The Sales Administrator / Engineer Administrator / Service Administrator role
Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and communicate help organise the management.
Liaising with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide for assistance based on technical enquiries received from distributors
Configuring machines to specification.
Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
Assist in generating quotes for compressor service repairs/maintenance agreements.
Raising POs and Invoicing.
Investigating and resolving dispute resolutions (wrong part shipped, short shipment, damaged delivery)
Responsible for chasing spare parts orders, approving supplier invoices, booking goods in.
Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Full training provided.

Sales Administrator / Engineer Administrator / Service Administrator Requirements
Good IT skills and experience in Excel & Outlook.
Ability to speak English and Spanish or French or Italian.
Experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or customer service role in an engineering environment.
The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator/ Service & Sales Coordinator / Technical Engineer / Sales Administrator / Inventory Controller or similar.
Experience using Oracle, (Sap Hana 4, module SD),SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
Willing to work from home.
