Sea Freight Exports Operations Clerk

Our client is a well-established Logistics and supply chain company specialising in air and ocean freight forwarding, warehousing & fulfilment, parcel management and road transport solutions
Providing bespoke freight forwarding solutions globally for their customer with over 30 offices strategically located in twelve countries, providing seamless Transportation service across key locations.
We are now recruiting for a Sea Freight Exports Clerk based in the St Helens office

Your role will involve ...

* Liaising with clients and shipping lines
* Processing export bookings (Sea)
* Handling daily export operations, late runners, cancellation's etc.
* Day to day sea freight operation queries
* Processing VGMs in Destin8 / CNS

In order to apply for this role you will have

* Sea Freight export experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Can manage shipment from quotation through to completion
* Team player and ability to work independently.

Package and Benefits

* Salary £28,000 to £32,000
* 25 days holiday
