Site Manager

Site Manager - Northampton

Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive blue-chip clients.

They are currently looking for a Site Managerin Northampton with a history of working and completing commercial projects, as well as having an understanding of or background in M&E.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Manager
• Mechanical background or understanding
• Proven history of reviewing and submitting permits and RAMS
• Conducting safe starts/toolbox talks
• Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
• Excellent written/verbal English and paperwork skills

Certificates & checks required:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid and CSCS
• DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced

Job details:

• Start date: October 1st
• Location: Northampton
• Hours: 7am to 4pm (9hrs)
• Salary: £250 - £280 pd
