My client is looking to recruit a Data Insights and Customer Experience Specialist to oversee the following

To over see the reviewing of internal communication platforms and methods used to track internal discussion and interaction

The current platforms include SharePoint, TEAMS and emails and my client wishes to establish more cohesive evolved platforms and methods.

My client is also looking to develop external-facing customer experience (CX) journeys using data mapping and insights to provide omni-channel platforms and channels.

Therefore the successful applicant will be responsible for

Developing and maintaining customer journeys,

Interacting with customers across channels and platforms

Coordinating with internal stakeholders and functions such as sales, marketing, customer service to provide an omni-channel customer experience.

Predominantly working from home there will be a requirement to be in the Surrey HQ twice a week so please bear this in mind when applying

I am looking to hear from people who can show the following experience

Deep understanding of communication strategies and practices.

Deep understanding of CX tools, practices (journeys) and industry methods.

Experience in Enterprise Digitalisation, AI, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or User Experience (UX) Design is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.

A background in data intelligence or data analytics is preferred.

Efficient self-organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, communication and working relationship abilities.

Practical as well as creative approaches to problem-solving.

Ability to take the initiative and remove barriers to progress work.

Ability to communicate (translate) technical information to a non-technical audience.
