Leading the Tech Bar team dealing directly with customers
Resolving Technical Issues and Queries
Responsible for developing training programs and other tech related materials
SME to specific products or issues

Have experience in anDV Cleared Environment
Knowledge of :
- Hardware:Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Apple smartphones and iPads.
- Technologies:Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune and M365 application suite.
