Your role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role that blends new business development, billing, and staff management. This is the ideal opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to advance their career, build their own team, and contribute to our ongoing success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own desk and be responsible for driving new business, working with warm leads, and expanding your client base.

You will:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, securing new contracts and placements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, contributing to company profitability and exceeding personal billing targets.
• Expand our verticals in Engineering and carve out your own market, while tapping into the firm’s existing high-performing client base.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience recruiting in engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
• A track record of billing over £250k annually.
• Passion for business development and client relationships.
• A driven and ambitious mindset, eager to hit targets and grow your career.
