Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sourcing strategy file.
• Organize, prepare, and launch supplier consultations.
• Follow up on the progress and responses of supplier consultations.
• Analyze supplier responses to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Initiate or update the general supplier qualification processes.
• Launch or update cyber qualification processes to ensure supplier compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Develop negotiation strategies aligned with the company’s financial and operational goals.
• Analyze supplier offers and prepare for negotiation meetings.
• Lead negotiation sessions with suppliers to achieve optimal contract terms.
• Compile and organize all necessary documentation for award files.
• Present and defend award recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement a digital signature process to streamline contract finalization.
• Ensure proper archiving of all contracts in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Prepare detailed result sheets summarizing the outcomes of consultations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Archive result sheets and other relevant documents for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier market consulting, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier qualification processes, and contractual negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for contract management and reporting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards related to supplier qualifications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively within a specified timeframe.
