Job Description
HIRING NOW!! PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team in Nashville, TN. If you are a dedicated carpenter with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
Note: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $30 / hour
Responsibilities:
* Interpret and understand construction plans and specifications
* Measure and cut materials to ensure precise fit and finish
* Install and assemble frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
* Collaborate with other trades to ensure efficient project completion
* Perform general carpentry duties, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing
* Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Carpenter
* Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and techniques
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
* Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
