Fence Foreman

Town & Country Fence (a division of Dakota Fence Company, along with 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Dakota Unlimited and DFC Property Management) is a growing fence contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, gates and automated gate systems. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Day Shift (Seasonal)

Summary:

• Lead all aspects of fence installations
• Communicate directly with customers and manage expectations
• Direct crew members to ensure efficient and safe project execution
• Maintain excellent customer service and promote a positive company image
• Prepare the job site for installation, including tasks like digging holes and mixing concrete
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Operate various hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and/or forklifts
• Operate company vehicles safely
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Adhere to all safety and environmental policies of DFC Company
