**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for commercial properties
+ Maintain and repair plumbing systems
+ Maintain and repair interior and exterior building finishes
+ Paint and touch up walls and trim
+ Light electrical maintenance for emergency lights, exit signs, lamp sweeps, etc.
+ Replace light bulbs and hang banners
+ Complete and submit paperwork
+ Keep facilities clean in appearance, removing trash as needed
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college or technical school a plus
+ Driver's license
+ Experience working in the trades or adjacent industries preferred
+ Ability to read and write in English, including safety rules, equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, standard operating procedures, etc.
**Working Environment and Physical Demands:**
+ Will work in full range of indoor and outdoor conditions
+ Will perform some work on scissor/boom lifts and from ladders
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds
+ Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
+ Must be able to bend, push/pull, twist, stoop, squat, lift, crawl, and climb
