Over 25 years of experience in the industry, this firm focuses on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, medical, and public sector projects (municipal, state, federal contracts); in the MEP sector.

This is a Senior Level role where you will be managing a team and overseeing parts of business. Hybrid- wfh & 1-2 days a week in office or on site. Offers significant growth potential within the organization.

Job Description

Construction MEP Project Manager - MEP Projects - Norwood, MA - Key Responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive project plans
• Leading and managing project teams
• Efficiently allocating and monitoring resources
• Ensuring high-quality construction work
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
• Administering contracts and managing costs
• Maintaining accurate project documentation
• Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
• Solving project-related challenges
• Encouraging continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

Construction MEP Project Manager - MEP Projects - Norwood, MA - Successful Candidate:

• 5-10 years of project management experience in MEPs or Mechanical Contracting
• Preferably experience in Federal, Public, and Healthcare sectors
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
• The passion to be a leader
