Job Description
Duration: 3 months contract, Full-Time
Employment Type: W-2
Job Description:
Set up test benches and computers based on released protocols/instructions.
Support development of test benches for subsystem and subassembly electromechanical hardware testing such during desing development, in manufacturing and/or for reliability
Debug and modify existing test scripts
Execute tests and collect test data based on test instructions
Document results and report it to engineers
Responsibilities:
Document results and report it to engineers
Knowledge of programming concepts and ability to modify existing scripts (Python and Unix)
Excellent reporting and documentation skills
Experience using data acquisition systems
Preferred:
Document results and report it to engineers
Intermediate knowledge of automation and servo control systems
Work experience within Medical Device manufacturing environment
Experience:
Electromechancial hardware testing,
Fixtures setup, test execution, data collection and documentation
Script modification, test setup debugging and trouble shooting
Mechanical, Mechatronic or Product Development Testing
Skills:
Electromechanical Hardware Testing
Education:
Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics plus 3 years industry experience
