Job Description:
The ideal candidate has expertise in guiding a day-to-day rhythm for a global leadership team, managing strategic priorities and expertly coordinating owners of programs and enablement.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong, meaningful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive collaboration and achieve strategic goals.
Coordinate the implementation of customer service initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet diverse customer needs.
Work closely with senior business leadership in developing strategy, operating cadence and frameworks to operate effectively at increasing scale and complexity.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams frequently.
Drive inclusive team culture and success among a globally dispersed team.
Craft and deliver clear, impactful communications tailored to diverse audiences, including internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
Oversee and coordinate projects related to corporate communications, change management, and strategy, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Experience:
6-8 years of experience in Program coordination for senior management.
Experience in formulation and execution of customer support strategies, ensuring they are effectively aligned with company objectives and address customer challenges.
