Systems Administrator

Are you looking for a new challenge? we have an exciting and new opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our Customer Experience Team!

Reporting to the Customer Experience Program Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the CPQ team at JELD-WEN to continually improve and enhance our INFOR platform. In this fast-paced Systems Administrator role, you will be interacting with stakeholders across the business on a daily basis - support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

There are development opportunities with this role with access to training on project delivery (Agile) along with other mentoring/training initiatives. This remote role can be based anywhere in UK. Hybrid working can be accommodated dependent on candidates location.

What your impact will be:

• To manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions. (CPQ + PIM)
• INFOR CPQ tool Management
• Product Management, create, amend product configuration logic; Matrix Management, update matrices and support business on matrices data changes.
• Application Management: Support business on quote/order creation, country management, custom export creation, create some system customization.
• Support and sometimes lead the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• Experience with managing and resolving user support tickets looking for ways to improve our INFOR service and operations.
• Support and sometimes lead in system training.

• 3+ Years experience working within system administration / service support role.
• Able to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a complex IT/engineering/technical environment.
• Ability to document complex technical solutions, and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences
