As the PFI Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day asset management operations across a diverse portfolio of PFI assets. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with strong PFI, SPV, and technical experience to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with PFI standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and reporting of facilities management contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee the timely completion of regional reports and information.
- Monitor project finances, manage contract variations, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Provide strategic management support for FM operations.
- Conduct compliance reviews and oversee planned technical works to ensure standards are met.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports at project board meetings.

Qualifications:

- Proven senior management experience in FM and PFI contracts.
- In-depth understanding of facilities management, PFI/SPV contracts, and technical operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical expertise with a solid foundation in overseeing complex facility systems.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
