Job Description

We're expanding in our Castle Douglas service!

Our fabulous team are on the lookout for active and compassionate individuals with the ability to motivate and inspire to join them as Nightshift Complex Needs Practitioners Level 1.

We are currently able to offer full time, part time and Bank Nightshift Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 contracts.

You don't need previous experience in care to join our team as a Nightshift CNP Level 1 as we recruit based on values and transferable skills. Our award-winning Learning and Development team provide full training along with the opportunity for you to complete your SVQ Level 2 in-house!

Happily, we can accept applications from non-drivers for these roles.


The Role:

This recruitment is for growth for an adult with ABI support needs, who will be living at a new building based service specifically for him in Castle Douglas. This will be a 24/7 service.

We need waking overnight staff from 10pm to 8am.

Specialist ABI and PBS training will be provided.

To be an amazing Complex Needs Practitioner, we'll need you to:
? Have an empathetic and caring nature.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Confidence in using computers.
? Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
? Good organisational skills.
