My client is a leading Main Contractor operating throughout the UK, and are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to run a major scheme based in Cambridge.
The project is a £60m Commercial Office, located in Cambridge and we now require a Senior Project Manager to run the scheme and report in to a Project Director.

Building Services Manager Responsibilities:

• Experienced in managing design. delivery and commissioning of Building Services in a construction environment.
• Working with tender and pre-construction teams to make sure client requirements are met and proposals reflect their needs and the contract.
• Ensuring all Building services are met, reflected in the building and fabric with information delivered in good time.
• Managing the Design, Drawings and approvals process.
• Supporting Planning teams in making sure building services are fully integrated into the delivery programme and execution plans.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ yearsBuilding Services Management experience
• Degree educated
• Previous experience of managing site management and H&S
• Working on Major Schemes of £50m+
