About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedContracts Managerto lead high-end residential projects across London. You'll oversee JCT contracts, manage project teams, and ensure top-tier standards in safety, quality, and cost control. These projects are renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, delivering luxury homes with cutting-edge construction techniques and the finest materials.

Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:

• Manage client and consultant relationships.
• Supervise project teams and sub-contractors.
• Oversee the implementation of JCT contracts.
• Lead project scheduling, timeline management, and EOT claims.
• Maintain commercial success, managing budgets and risks.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.

Skills & Requirements of the Contracts Manager:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, MCIOB.
• Proven experience in high-end residential construction.
• Expertise in JCT contracts and construction law.
• Strong project management, leadership, and commercial skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software
