Class 1 Driver

M4 Recruitment seeks skilled Class 1 Trunking Drivers for our client in Colnbrook. This role is crucial for our client's logistics, ensuring timely transport of goods between depots and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:

• Transport Operations:Execute assigned trunking routes, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Vehicle Management:Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues.
• Safety Compliance:Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Documentation:Accurately manage paperwork, including delivery notes and logbooks.
• Communication:Regularly update the logistics team on delivery progress and issues.
• Customer Service:Provide excellent service to clients and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 1 Driving License.
• 2+ years of Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 endorsement points on your license.
• Clean DBS check.
• Level D / Cargo Operative training (can be completed online).
• 5-year work history for background verification.
