Customer Services - Dutch Speaker - Remote

Join a market leader in the production and sale of essential oils as a Customer Service advisor.

THE ROLE:

• Working primarily with Dutch-based speakers, you will provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, email and video calls.
• You will also communicate with English-speaking customers.
• Typically identifying and resolving problems with orders.
• Occasional travel to attend conventions, training sessions and meetings.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Other European languages an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £23,500 basic salary.
• Performance-related bonus.
• 24 days holiday + public holidays.
• Pension contribution 8%.
