- Be result and solution oriented; be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
- Procurement and Supplier relationship experience highly desirable
- Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive.
- Formulating and Implementing Procurement/Sourcing Strategies and Communicating to the Business
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good understanding of Key Cost Drivers and Price Trends
- Excellent analytical and IT skills; SAP/Excel knowledge highly desirable
- Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
- Networking and relationship management
- Driving Sustainability through Procurement
- Drive for team alignment; be able to work in networks; be able to work independently.
