Architect Job in Central Manchester

Architect Job in central Manchester, joining a medium-sized practice of around 20, working primarily on large-scale multi-unit residential projects, primarily across the northwest. They are currently offering a competitive package including 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday, Flexible working hours, and a buy and sell holiday scheme.

My client is now looking for a capable architect who will play a pivotal role in the concept to delivery stages of their project. The practice itself offers opportunities for progression with one of their architects being promoted to an associate within 3 years of employment!

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plan
• Working on projects from client brief to completion on-site
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of projects
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• Membership with the ARB is essential.
