My client has a strong presence across the Yorkshire and wider UK market and due to expansion and new sources of work, they are looking to recruit a residential property solicitor on a full time permanent basis. Joining a very successful and high brow team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload (non volume) of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including sale and purchase for both leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, right to buy, help to buy etc.

Joining a friendly team, you'll be fully supported to reach your full potential and progress your career. You will be a qualified solicitor/CILEX/CLC/experienced Fee Earner and have gained at least 2 years residential conveyancing experience managing your own case load.
