Job Description

I'm working with an innovative software company that is experiencing rapid growth to find a talented Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, enhance the brand's presence across multiple channels, and mentor team members to achieve outstanding results. My client has several exciting projects underway in their marketing department, making this a fantastic 'hit the ground running' opportunity where you can truly make your mark and shape the team's direction.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand presence and engage audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for social media, websites, events, and partner materials.
  • Plan and manage key events, such as trade shows and conferences, to boost brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and international teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Drive digital excellence by managing website updates, video production, and digital content.
  • Support internal communications, talent acquisition marketing, and maintain ISO compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager looking to leverage their skills and grow professionally in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Based at my client's Birmingham office two days a week, the role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience), along with a generous bonus and benefits package.
