The role:

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will manage a wide range of commercial legal matters, working with a variety of clients from SMEs to large corporations across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include advising on complex commercial contracts, negotiations, corporate governance issues, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. You’ll play a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements to ensure that clients’ commercial objectives are met while mitigating legal risks.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior management, helping to shape the future of the commercial law practice within the firm. This includes business development initiatives, where you’ll be encouraged to grow your client base and build long-term relationships that enhance both your career and the firm’s commercial offering.
