Churc hill Estates Management have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administration Supervisor to join the Legal Administration team, based in Ringwood.

About the role

Our Legal Administration team provide comprehensive administrative and customer support to Homeowners and their families, ensuring that services relating to leasehold property purchases, resales and lettings are managed in a professional and timely manner.

As the Legal Administration Supervisor, you will oversee the fair distribution of workflow within the team and assist in dealing with solicitors, Land Registry and other external parties, providing specialist support for the escalation of more complex matters and producing ad-hoc reports as required.

Your background knowledge in the conveyancing and leasehold arena will support you in reviewing and streamlining current procedures to maximise the department's capability, ensuring all guidance is clear, accurate, up to date and in line with industry requirements.

You will be focused on your continuous professional development to stay updated with current legislation, alert to changes and to ensure that Churchill remain compliant with regulators (RICS / NAEA), You will take steps to communicate and embed changes within the team.

As the Supervisor, you will work as part of the team, supporting in the variety of administrative tasks, whilst taking overall responsibility for managing the team including recruitment, training, performance management, reviews and coaching whilst role-modelling best practice.

Based in Ringwood, the working hours are full-time, Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate proven experience in conveyancing, ideally within the leasehold market, along with a background in legal administration.

Ideally, you will be an experienced administrator and Supervisor, able to manage and develop people with confidence, whilst maintaining high levels of team motivation. In support of the team, you will provide reliable, credible advice and feedback, using your skills as a 'subject matter expert', making sound decisions and role-modelling professional behaviours.

You will evidence a proven track record in delivering an exceptional administration service, with a professional and highly organised approach, with excellent attention to detail and a good command of written and spoken English.
