Project Manager Functions:
- Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment and resources with the Field Team
- Direct and evaluate project timeline
- Communicate with leadership and client on project status
- Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Construction Management Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
- Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor
- Demonstrated experience on commercial construction projects in the $10-30 million range.
- Extensive people skills
