Requirements

As a Master Craftsman, what's most important to us is a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 10+ years of remodeling, handyman, or residential construction experience
• Ability to perform carpentry, tiling, drywall work, light plumbing & electrical, and door/window installation
• Previous experience being a mentor and leader to less experienced Craftsmen
• Must live in Elgin, IL or within Aurora, St Charles, Geneva, Elburn, Maple Park, Elgin, South Elgin
• Own set of standard hand and power tools
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
