Duties/Responsibilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:
* Responsible for quality control programs on projects
* Documents job walks with project status photos
* Fosters relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Stakeholders
* Ensures all safety and environmental policies are followed
* Ensures all work is installed per project scope and adheres to industry standards and codes
* Ensures field personnel have the appropriate tools and materials
* Evaluates construction methods and cost-effectiveness
* Regularly visits projects to assess performance, safety, progress, and quality
* Attends corporate project status meetings
* Confirms ADA regulations and code for installation
Software/Equipment Qualifications Plumbing QA/QC Technician:
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
* Proficient in Adobe PDF editor or similar
* Competence in operating a desktop computer/laptop and a cell phone/iPad
* Proficient in using ERP tools
* Familiarity with Bluebeam construction software preferred
* Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Build, FieldWire, etc. preferred
Required Skills/Abilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:
* Must be a licensed plumber
* Basic computer skills
* Must have current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate (must obtain OSHA 10 Certificate within 90 days of hire)
