Project Manager Job Description
Position Overview:

A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing renovation projects in the commercial multi-family industry. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Manage project resources and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Review and approve project designs and specifications
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret project designs and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
