Job Description

Salary: 110-120K (less then 10 years) 120-140K 10-15+ years

We are currently seeking a Trenchless Project Manager to join our clients team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and client management capabilities with a focus on trenchless pipeline projects. The role involves working closely with oil and gas clients and requires local expertise and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
- Leading design and consulting efforts for trenchless and pipeline projects primarily within Utah
- Managing field exploration programs and construction oversight activities
- Overseeing trenchless, pipeline, and geotechnical engineering analyses
- Preparing engineering reports, proposals, and specifications
- Participating actively during the construction phase of projects
- Developing project budgets, schedules, and managing project teams
- Coordinating with internal and external clients to understand their needs and ensure service satisfaction
- Recruiting, mentoring, managing, and developing staff
- Developing processes for project professionals to safely deliver trenchless design and field oversight services
- Advancing personal skill sets and career path

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in civil, mechanical, petroleum, geotechnical, or geological Engineering or geology; Masters degree preferred
- Approximately 6 or more years of experience in oil and gas, trenchless services, geotechnical engineering, or a related field
- Strong project Management expereince ability to carry from Cradle to grave or strong expertise in trenchless and willing to operate at a PM level
- Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test required
- Ability to commute to the office, external client meetings, and project sites within Utah and the vicinity of Salt Lake City

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Confident, driven, and solution-oriented
- Creative, organized, curious, and engaged
- M.S. degree a plus
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Utah, or ability to obtain one is desired
