Job Description
As a maintenance technician you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of the apartment community you work in. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks that do not require specialized training.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete common apartment service requests efficiently.
* Preferred experience in light plumbing and electrical work.
* Perform tasks like changing locks, light bulbs, and appliance installation and repair.
* Conduct exterior and interior painting, light drywall repair, and other maintenance tasks.
* Handle pressure washing, groundskeeping, and more.
Qualifications:
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team player attitude.
* Willingness to assist with community projects and take direction.
* Basic hand tools are a must, and power tools are a plus.
* Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
* Friendly and customer-oriented approach to co-workers and residents.
