Site Superintendent
Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractors and vendors that are "signed up" for the project
* Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meeting; notes and sign in sheet to be completed
* Implement safety program and ensure safety standards being met
* Responsible for jobsite cleanliness
* Hold subcontractors accountable
* Deep understanding of plans and client intentions
* Ability to read, understand, and implement drawings
* Responsible for identifying changes in scope as early as possible and reporting these changes in scope to the Project Manager so they can process a change order
* Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports
* Enforce job schedule in field
* Provide monthly schedule updates
* In charge of quality assurance / quality control of work
Requirements
* At least 1-2 years of experience working on construction projects
* HS Diploma
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications
* Availability for travel to client sites, this is a road warrior position
