* The Licensed Clinical Supervisor oversees the daily clinical operations of a outpatient behavior health clinic located in Penn Yan, NY. This position will oversee other therapists and act as a mentor to new grad therapists.
* This position will work in collaboration with the Associate Director and Site Administrator. Responsibilities include working with clients either individually or in a group setting, addressing mental health concerns.
*Education:*

* Masters in Social Work
*Licensure:*

* LCSW and NYS Drivers License clear of violations consistent with clinic policy.
*Experience:*

* 2 years leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting. Experience with OMH regulations.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will understand the importance of accountability and has strong role model attributes.
