*Job Description*
* Review, draft, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and related agreements for commercial transactions.
* Handle a wide variety of corporate and commercial projects.
* Provide practical legal counsel and solutions to clients on business-related matters.
* Engage in significant client contact and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of corporate transactional experience (M&A experience is a plus, but not required).
* Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp business concepts.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
* Admission to the South Carolina State Bar required.
* Eagerness to ask questions, learn, and contribute to a team environment.
